Valiant Rebuild
An old salmon workboat was purchased in 2005 to repair for use as a company workboat. It was built in 1978 and had had a hard life with most of the steelwork either damaged or rusted.

Welding and Fabrication
Nortech Marine has invested heavily in welding machines that can handle all welding procedures, both in the workshop and mobile engine driven site machines.
Blasting and Painting
Our purpose built blastroom can take any structure up to a size of 15m long x 5m wide x 5m high. A 8000cubic ft per min extractor keeps the air inside the blastroom clear and also protects the environment from any dust escaping.
Waterjet Cutting
Nortech Marine has invested in a 'Flow IFB' abrasive waterjet machine, which is the most "green environmentally friendly" way of cutting Sheet materials.
