Nortech Marine's services include:

Case Studies
Gas Turbine Exhaust Stack
The steel was blasted to SA3 (all rust and traces removed) and then coated with heat resistant paint which can stand a temperature of 540 cel.
3000 Tonne Tank
Nortech Marine secured a contract in summer 2008 to refurbish one of two 3000 tonne bulk storage tanks at Scottish and Southern Energy's Lerwick station as part of their scheduled maintenance programme. In 2013 we won the contract to do the remaining storage tank.

Welding and Fabrication
Nortech Marine has invested heavily in welding machines that can handle all welding procedures, both in the workshop and mobile engine driven site machines.
Blasting and Painting
Our purpose built blastroom can take any structure up to a size of 15m long x 5m wide x 5m high. A 8000cubic ft per min extractor keeps the air inside the blastroom clear and also protects the environment from any dust escaping.
Waterjet Cutting
Nortech Marine has invested in a 'Flow IFB' abrasive waterjet machine, which is the most "green environmentally friendly" way of cutting Sheet materials.
